AllôSEG is a mobile app for Guinea. It is used to report water leaks: its main goal is to raise awareness of them by making it easy for citizens to report them.
TIC-NOVA built the app with Ionic. It relies on the Google Maps APIs to pinpoint each reported leak, and citizens can take a photo of the leak and report it directly from the app.
A module for agents
One module is dedicated to the agents of the Société des Eaux de Guinée. It lets them view the reports made by citizens and submit new ones. The app also offers:
- a dashboard;
- the history of reported leaks;
- detailed information on each leak and its current status;
- advanced features for municipal agents, who manage and assign water leaks.
